Most items are made to order. You must check your item to see when shipping will occur. Tumblers that take 2-3 weeks to make and ship.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the Items being custom made for you we have a no refund policy. If your item is damaged due to shipping you must contact us within 72hrs. Keep all packaging including padding. This will ensure we can get a new product to you in a timely matter. We use the postal service for most deliveries.
